Jimi Falls roared to life in 2008, founded by singer-guitarist Brandon James. What started in the clubs grew into one of the harder-working rock acts in the Chicago scene, a band that lives for the 90s alternative sound and writes originals that hit just as hard.
The grind paid off. The band took home 95 WIIL Rock's Bandemonium and went on to share stages with national acts including Journey, Boston, and Poison, plus opening slots for the likes of Local H and an Artist-of-the-Month run at Chicagoland's own Durty Nellie's.
Sixteen years later, the lineup is tight, the catalog is deep, and the newest chapter, Ashes Fall Where Shadows Stood, is the loudest yet.
